Following are some of our most popular dinner items that each serve 8-10 or 16 -20 (half and whole orders). Each recipe is lovingly created with our own hands in as much time as it takes to make them as delicious and "comforting" as possible: 

Scalloped Potatoes w/ Ham & Sausage (Thinly sliced potatoes, diced ham and crumbled sausage slow baked in a creamy and cheesy sauce and topped with melted cheddar.)               Half: $25  Whole: $45

Spaetzle with Bratwurst & Onion (Little German egg-dumplings tossed with crumbled Bratwurst sausage and caramelized onion. A real comfort food ... German style!)                                                                                                                 Half: $25  Whole: $45

Chicken Salad Sandwiches (Tender chicken breast perfectly seasoned and laced with grated cheddar, chopped celery, red onion, carrot, and relish. Only the best mayo is used to top it off! "Half" orders come with one loaf of our deliciously tender, no-knead white bread. "Whole" orders come with two loaves.)                                                                                                          Half: $30  Whole: $55

Spaghetti with Meatballs (Always a family favorite, this recipe will become YOUR favorite with our homemade, slow-simmered marinara and generous, Italian style meatballs.)                        Half: $35  Whole: $65

Michigan-Style Pasties* (Ground beef; diced potatoes, carrots and onion; shredded cheese; special seasonings ... all encased in a pie-crust pocket. Comes with brown gravy on the side. "Half" orders include 8 pasties. "Whole" orders include 16.)                                                      Half: $35  Whole: $65

* "Pasty" (singular) or "Pasties" (plural) pronounced like "past" ... not "paste" ... for that would be something entirely different.

Meatloaf (Packed with flavor and oh-so-moist. It took us two years to "perfect," but we finally did it!)                                                                                                                                  Half: $35  Whole: $65

Southern-Style Chicken & Dumplings (Ultra-Tender Chicken Breast and Southern Style Dumplings are PACKED into a creamy, chicken broth)                                                            Half: $40  Whole: $75

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches (Our extra tender pork loin is secretly seasoned and slow smoked over hickory chips. Our bbq comes "naked" for you to add your favorite sauce. "Half" orders come with 1 dozen sandwich rolls. "Whole" orders come with 2 dozen.)                           Half: $45  Whole: $85

Manicotti (Our traditional recipe uses crepes rather than noodles. A "labor of love," each crepe is handmade, stuffed and rolled for a taste sensation unlike any other.)                                     Half: $45  Whole: $85

Lasagne (Our family recipe offers layer-upon-layer of cheesy, meaty goodness.)                        Half: $45  Whole: $85

Sauerbraten (An old-fashioned, German recipe. Requires several days notice as the beef roast marinates for several days. It’s comfort-food "German style.")                                                   Half: $50  Whole: $95

Melt-In-Your-Mouth BBQ Pork Ribs (So tender ... so tasty. Much better than the ribs from those fancy "rib joints." )

Roman-Holiday Soup (Creamy tomato broth enhanced with Parmesan, an assortment of vegetables, pasta and mini meatballs.)

Sweet Slaw (Not too crunchy, not too mushy ... but just right. Cabbage, Carrot and onion finely chopped and marinated in our "secret-recipe" dressing.)
